Who runs this site
xperera.com (LeadsOS) is the personal website of Peter Xperera, an AI adoption consultant. It’s a personal brand site, not a company website. When this policy says “I”, “me” or “my”, that’s Peter.
If you have any question about your data, email me at [Placeholder — privacy contact email].
What I collect, and when
I only collect what you choose to give me, plus the basic technical records every website keeps:
- Newsletter signup — your email address, the date you signed up and confirmed, and the IP address you signed up from (kept as a record of your consent).
- Free resource downloads — your name and email address, so I can send you the download link.
- Booking a call — bookings go through Google Calendar’s appointment page. Google collects the details you enter there, and I receive your name, email and anything you write in the booking form.
- Server logs — my web host automatically records standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type, date and time) to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or social media pixels, and it never asks for payment details.
How I use your information
- To send you what you asked for — a resource download link, or the newsletter.
- To send occasional AI insights and resource updates to subscribers.
- To reply to you about a call you’ve booked.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
I don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and I don’t hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
Why I’m allowed to use it
Emails are only sent with your consent — every signup is double opt-in, so nothing arrives until you’ve clicked the confirmation link. Bookings are handled because you asked me to respond to them. Server logs are kept because keeping the site secure is a legitimate and necessary part of running it.
Who else handles your data
A few trusted services help run this site. They only process your data to provide their service to me:
- Brevo — delivers the site’s emails (signup confirmations, download links, newsletters).
- GoDaddy — hosts the website and its database, where subscriber records are stored.
- Google — runs the appointment booking page, if you book a call.
These providers may store or process data outside your country.
Emails from me
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and one click removes you from the list. The newsletter software can record whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so I can see which topics are useful. It’s never used to build a profile of you or shared with anyone.
How long I keep it
- Subscribers — until you unsubscribe. After that you’re marked as unsubscribed and never emailed again; ask me and I’ll delete the record completely.
- Server logs — for as long as my web host keeps them, typically a short period.
Your rights
Depending on the data protection laws where you live, you can ask me to:
- show you the personal data I hold about you;
- correct anything that’s wrong;
- delete your data;
- stop using your data, or withdraw your consent at any time.
Just email [Placeholder — privacy contact email] and I’ll respond as soon as I can. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses only a handful of functional cookies and nothing for tracking or advertising. The full list is in the Cookie Policy.
Links to other websites
Share buttons, the advertising space and other links on this site lead to websites I don’t control. Once you click through, their own privacy policies apply.
Children
This site is written for business owners and isn’t aimed at children. I don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
