I use AI in my business every day. Let me show you what actually works, what doesn’t, and how you can apply it to your own business.
Why I Do This
After 30 years in technology — including building and selling my own software business — I’ve watched plenty of hype cycles come and go.Â
Â
AI is different: the tools themselves are genuinely useful, but most of the noise around them isn’t. I kept seeing the same gap in presales conversation after presales conversation — people wanted the outcome, not the buzzwords — so I started teaching AI fundamentals the way I’d want it taught to me.
How I Actually Work
I don’t run open-ended retainers. Every engagement runs 1 to 3 months: I teach the fundamentals, build a practical readiness assessment specific to your team, and then I leave — no dependency, no ongoing invoice.
Â
I built a 5-level AI maturity framework precisely so a business can see, in concrete terms, where it actually stands and what to fix first, instead of guessing.
What I Bring
Before AI consulting, I spent three decades building and scaling software, including running my own company through to a sale. I’ve also spent 15 years as a real estate broker — a business built entirely on trust and follow-through, not sales pitches.Â
Â
That combination is why I treat AI adoption as an engineering problem with a business outcome, not a technology demo.
Â
That same discipline carries into how I run an engagement. I’ve sat through enough presales meetings on both sides of the table to know the difference between a demo that impresses a room and a system your team will still be using in six months.Â
Â
My approach borrows from three places: an engineer’s instinct for what actually holds up at scale, a broker’s patience for closing on trust rather than pressure, and three decades of watching which technology bets paid off and which ones quietly disappeared.Â
Â
You get a plan sized to your business — not a generic playbook with your logo dropped on top.
